I no longer able to use the timeline option. I paid a year subscription and when I called support they told me I needed to contact a tech and would be another $100. Is the firmware just needing updated on the base camera? Has anyone else dealt with this?

Do you mean CVR timeline?

Try restarting the Arlo Q using the app.

Also, the only support you should be contacting is the one listed here https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/

Do not contact anyone you find on Google who claim to be Arlo support. They will just rip you off.
