Arlo Q disconnected & won’t resync. Tried to reset and reinstall Arlo app. Been working for 2 years.

Hi ya,
I’ve had my Arlo Q camera connected in the same place, to the same wifi for over 2 years now with minimal issues (quickly resolved anyway). This morning I tried to arm it and the app told me it was not connected. I have tried everything to reconnect it - reset the camera, deleted it from the app to re add it, on/off at the wall, redownloaded the app but it still keeps throwing me an error message. Please can anyone offer some insight as to why this is happening? I need it online ASAP! Cheers.
