Please help..purple light..have tried many times with qr code and nothing..unplug..replug..redo all steps still no internet connection with camra..everything ese works that requires internet connection

Arlo requires ports 80, 123 and 443 to arlo.netgear.com to be open. Is this your router or the ISP's? Have you rebooted the router?
