Going through the process of setting up my arlo Q and cannot get pass the "hold the sync button" when I hold the sync button nothing happens, the LED does not flash blue. I've tried to reset the arlo q and also tried setting it up right next the our wireless router. Trying to do this through my samsung on my home wifi network

Do you get any LED indications when first plugging in the camera? It sounds like a hardware problem but you need to nail it down to the power adapter, cable or camera.
