2 step verification no work. Got Base online but Q camera not connecting.

My cameras worked fine.
Then 2 step v
No work
Finally got the base online.
The battery wireless came on and work
But the Q cameras are not connecting.
I've tried everything, reset, hold sync button down. Get close to router and base. My SSID and password are correct.
Amber, blinking blue, Code picture, chime all that, then cant find Q camera.
But the little wireless work?

What can I do?

Hi Jschubert,

Just to make sure, are you having problems with your two-step verification not working? If so, what problems are you experiencing?

And just to give you heads up that the Arlo Q does not use the Base Station to connect. Make sure that you're connecting your Arlo Q through the 2.4 GHz router (not 5 GHz).
