I bought an arlo q in France. I downloaded the newest app, started the instructions and all was going well until it said it was trying to detect any device. It comes back none can be detected.
i put in my network and password, synced and the blue light came on. Heard the sound when I scanned the barcode and then it says it cannot detect a device.
what is the problem?

Hey Lapunta,
Do know that the network SSID and password is case-sensitive so make sure to check on lower and upper-case characters and special characters. If you still have problems, try to factory reset your Arlo Q camera by holding the reset button on the side of your Arlo Q for about 10 seconds and you'll hear a click and the front LED will flash. From there, try to sync the camera again.
