What a surprise, another Arlo product that doesn't work properly. Trying to connect to my Arlo Q and nothing works. When plugged it the light is solid amber, then turns off. Sync button doesn't work nor does reset hole. Tried different cord, different wifi, everything. Anyone have any other suggestions? This seems to be a common issue with no real solution.

If it's broken, it's broken. The reset button should be held until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber, ~10-15 seconds.
