Arlo Q - Won't Connect. Possible problem is with Arlo app?

I have several Arlo  cameras that are several years old  that will no longer connect.  I think the problem is with the Arlo app.  I try to sign into the Arlo legacy app, however, it gives me an error to turn off the two step verification method. When I sign in Arlo on my computer, I cannot turn off the two step verification method.

 

Any suggestions?

Define "legacy app" - there was one quite a while ago that was obsoleted and current usage should use the latest app. Is this iOS or Android? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? What phone and OS?
