A quick search of google suggests the solid amber light of death is a very common problem with Arlo Q cameras. It's a shame Netgear choose not to offer more support for these defective cameras.

Hi Tanker852,
Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, is your camera still connected to your account? Or did you remove the camera from your account? Could you provide what troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

Hi Jessica,
Yes I am still experiencing this issue. I have removed the camera from my account as I can no longer connect to it. I have tried powering the camera off as well as multiple Resets but the camera will not move beyond the solid amber light associated with the initial boot up.

I would suggest for you to go to Arlo support page to use our chat feature to have them help add your camera back on to your account.
