Using the  Arlo Q App, or in Windows, I don't see an option to download Videos from the Time line.   How is this done?   IF this isn't offered when will it be offered?  Having a time line where I can't download videos is worthless to me.  My camera is used for security purposes.

There's currently no such ability. When I wanted to capture from the timeline I used a screen capture program and recorded off the screen while running full screen. Worked well.

DAG444,

Currently, this is not an available feature. I encourage you to visit the Arlo Idea Exchange and post this idea there.

Doesn't the "Arlo Q records CVR in addition to recordings that the camera records because of rules"?

If so, is the latter limited tor the 10 GB (7 day) free capacity?

CVR works independently of the rules/recordings. The camera is always streaming which is why your recordings also include a few seconds of video prior to the actual detection event. CVR is useful for seeing anything not recorded by motion detection.

There is no space limitattion anymore (the basic 7 day plan used to be 1GB, not 10GB). However, the plan still affects how far back you can go whether for recordings or CVR.
