Arlo Q Discovering your device..please wait..and it fails...what to do?

trying to add the camera ...go thru the steps ....I hear the chime sounds....then it says Discovering your device..please wait..and it fails...what to do?

Reset the Q camera by holding in the reset for about 10 secs till the front led flashes amber... try and sync again.

I did all that a few times and nothing
