I recently replaced my Airport Time Capsule network with a eero Pro router plus 2 beacons and 3 Arlo Q cameras will not reconnect to the . These are the steps I took after talking to eero and AT&T support.

1. Changed the AT&T Pace 526*AC router/modem Wi-Fi setting to Disabled (2.4GHz and 5.0 GHz).

2. Changed the AT&T Pace 5268AC router/modem LAN settings to DMZ+ mode and selected the eero only.

3. Disconnected the Airport Time Capsule from the AT&T Pace 5268Ac router/modem.

3. Connected the eero Pro to the ethernet port #1 on the PACE 5268Ac router/modem.

4. Connected the Airport Time Capsule to the second ethernet port available on the eero Pro after having changed the Airport Time Capsule Wi-Fi settings to off and its Network settings to off (Bridge mode).

5. Connected the Arlo Pro 3 SmartHub to the Airport Time Capsule which, according to setup instructions, it is now acting as a network switch.

Initially things worked ok, but after a few days the Arlo Q's could not be recognized and there is erratic behavior on the Pro 3 cameras (sometimes they indicate that they are offline). I am not expert at this a followed instructions posted in AT&T's and eero's websites, as well as in Arlo's. Including options to disable Bluetooth and reset the individual devises. I don't know what else to do and wondered there is anyone with an eero system and unmanaged network switch that has got it work.

Thanks,
