Notifications but no recordings?

In the last two hours my Arlo system has stop saving recordings to my library. I’m still getting notifications but when I go to see them, they aren’t there. I’m out of town and can’t access my station so I’m at a loss for what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

L-z,

 

It may take longer for your recordings to arrive in the library if your rules for motion detection have longer recording duration. When motion is detected, you will almost instantly receive the push notification alert, but the recording will not arrive in the library until it is finished. Are you still experiencing this issue?
