time to connect to a live stream - how to reduce?

the issue is how long it takes to connect to a livestream once Arlo captures motion - how reduce?

Are you experiencing this issue on the Arlo app on your phone device and/or the web client on your computer?

I have the solution! Get a new camera system, not associated with Arlo. Arlo will continuously fail, time and time again. That is the only form of consistency I have seen.
