Arlo Base Station stopped working and just died. Doesn't power on anymore.

My Arlo base station has just up and died. The power supply seems okay but the unit just does not power on anymore. No power surge that I know of as no other issues with other electronics plugged into the same power strip. How do I get a new base unit

How do you know the power supply is good - did you test it? Either the supply or the base could have died but it generally doesn't matter. If within warranty period, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here; otherwise buy a new or used base.
