  • Don’t waste your time with Arlo. I had a completely satisfactory system for years, but because I didn’t buy into their monthly plan, they cut me off
  • now they are trying to make me upgrade and buy into a monthly plan sorry but this is wrong just because they want more money from me

What good does it do to ask us what we are doing to troubleshoot? Do you think we are all idiots? My arlo pro cameras were working just fine on Wednesday evening. Took one down because it stated that it needed to be charged and was offline. Then I put it on the charger like I always do, and it won't go back online. SO, I took out the battery, waited the 15 seconds, and it didn't work. Took the next step but deleting the device from the app - BIG MISTAKE - because now it won't sync so I can add it!  That is on ARLO - your people did something in the latest base station update to make it so it wouldn't recognize my ARLO originals that RECORD FOR FREE!  I then took down the other ARLO camera (original pro), which was working fine, but I was going to test to make sure it wasn't a battery issue... GUESS WHAT?  After removing the battery and placing it in the other camera - worked for a flash second, then back to offline. Now that one won't go online either.  I have charged the batteries, removed the devices, tried to add them back, and now they won't sync to add them to the app. WHAT do I need to do to get them back working?
