My Arlo 2 cameras won’t reconnect after recharging.  Anyone have an idea why?

Were you able to get these back online? Looking into the account I do see two Arlo Pro online at the moment. Are these the same ones or different ones?

Mine did the same thing. Well one wasn't showing as online once I charged the battery. Now it won't sync and it won't allow me to toggle it back on. SO, I took down the other arlo pro that was working JUST FINE at the time and had 48% battery life, used that battery to put in the camera - same thing - offline, and not ability to toggle back and forth. Deleted the device, tried to add it back on but guest what - the blue light will not blink now. Then I thought, well, let me try it over again with the other arlo since I took it down from the house. And... what happens...now BOTH of them won't allow me to toggle them on, and the blue light is not available to sync to base station. EXACTLY what did arlo do with the last update that caused my legacy cameras not to work anymore when they were working just fine the day of and day before?

I see two Essentials on the account that are online. Are these the ones you are referring to, or are they different cameras that you are unable to connect?
