Hi Everyone,

 

I’m having trouble with my Arlo security cameras. Every time I try to log in, I’m told that my phone is no longer trusted and I need to verify it. A push notification is supposedly sent, but I never receive it.

 

I’ve double-checked that my phone number and email are correct, but I still can’t get into my cameras. To make matters worse, when I try to access Arlo support, I get an “unknown error” and can’t go any further.

 

Has anyone else experienced this, or found a way to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated.

The first step is to reboot the phone and reinstall the app. Does that help? If not, what phone and OS version?
