There is a 40 second delay between the time the object is on camera till it appears on my phone or ipad. And the sound is intermittent. This just happened recently on all five of my arlo pro cameras. A couple of the cameras are a distance of only 10 ft from the base. What is happening here? I have reset the base and all five cameras as well, deleted and re-downloaded the Arlo app on my Iphone, but the problem still exist. Anyone there with a solution or did I buy an expensive junk?

All I can say is that the delay I see on mine is about a couple of seconds max.... Does it do the same when accessed by computer ??

have you contacted Netgear Support?

What iOS?  is it 11.x ??

You already did most of the things I would have suggested

@jokae

A couple of things I might suggest, as I don't know if this just started happening or not. It sounds like a wifi speed problem or interference problem. Try moving the base further from your router. Download software that lets you know all the wifi networks near you and what channel they are using along with their signal strengths. I downloaded Netspot and learned a lot. I had several wifi networks near me with very strong signals and all using the same channel I was using. I changed my router channel to a less used one and my problems were solved.

Like @TomMac my delay is only a couple of seconds and no pixellation in my videos.

jokae,

Poor internet connection speeds could cause the symptoms you describe. Who is your ISP and what are you download/upload speeds?
