I performed camera updates and now the screens are black when trying to view live feed on my phone.

Try removing and reinserting th battery.

Actually I removed and reinstalled the app however now one of the cameras went from a true picture to everything being turned pinkish

That means the nightvision IR filter is in the wrong position.  Does it clear up if you turn nightvision off?
