"base station is disconnected" - happens daily

I have the Arlo Pro 4 camera set up with an additiona camera. Every day I have to turn it off and on to connect back up. Every day after an hour or two of working fine it says " base station is disconnected". All my lights are green on the base station. The internet is working fine, I've checked to make sure. It is plugged directly from the modem to the base station. Shouldn't have to keep doing this!

Some thing isn't right ...agreed.
As to what i don't know... but you may have to do a factory reset on the base to fix a possible glitch.
Or your option is to go thru Netgear support and they will walk you thru steps to correct if possible.
Morse is faster than texting!

Yep, something isn't right. Worked well for a month and now disconnecting every day. Netgear's IT just wants me to run different dests even though my internet has not lost connection ( I can check from my google mesh system anywhere) and my children have been streaming television and music all day. Way too much frustration for only having a product for 52 days.
