Try enabling airplane mode on your Android device and disable airplane mode. If that doesn't work, try clearing the cache of the Arlo app by going to your Android settings.

Hi Garyng528,
Is this happening when you're on cellular data and/or WiFi? Make sure that you don't have any VPN enabled on your Android device.

Thank you for your reply.
I don't use any VPN connection. After you ask, I tried both wifi and mobile data to login and the outcome is the same showing the error message.

Thanks for your help. Airplane mode and clear cache works!
