Hi,

I can login into my account at the PC but not on my andriod phone. it says: "Oops, an error ocurred. try again".

I tried rest password, reinstall app but can't fix the problem. I read the other poster someone suggest disable the 2 way authentication function, However, it is not an option anymore. Can anyone help me to fix this problem please?

Much appericated.

Try enabling airplane mode on your Android device and disable airplane mode. If that doesn't work, try clearing the cache of the Arlo app by going to your Android settings.

Hi Garyng528,

Is this happening when you're on cellular data and/or WiFi? Make sure that you don't have any VPN enabled on your Android device.

Hi Jessica,
Thank you for your reply.
I don't use any VPN connection. After you ask, I tried both wifi and mobile data to login and the outcome is the same showing the error message.

Hi Jessica,
Thanks for your help. Airplane mode and clear cache works!
