"Friend" not getting invitation email

I've added a friend in BOTH the desktop and iphone Arlo Pro app but my "friend" is NOT receiving the view cameras invitation.  The invite was sent to a GMAIL account and I've checked SPAM and it's not being filtered in the SPAM folder.  Any sugguestions?

Re-enter the email adress to confirm correct and/or another email account.

Also try another emai account to test if received there.
