i am getting a message in the screen for camera 1 to update the firmware where it normally says LIVE.
when i click on update camera it says updateing firmware for about 10 minutes then it says camera offline update timed out.
after a few minutes the screen goes back to the update firmware message again.
the battery is at 78 percent.
there is no option to decline the update , so the camera will not go live or record .
i have had the system for about 6 months and this is the 1st time this happened.
also the update is only for 1 camera??
the firmware would be different for each camera.
1.090.0.0_9945 for the updated camera and 1.090.0.1_11011 for the not updated camera??
the 2nd camera is not offering a update is working fine.
What should I do please .
Thanks!!
Craig

The only way to "force" an update is to reset the camera ( pull battery ) then power cycle the base.. click on the update then wait overnight

The upate is for the Pro cameras only, and the new version ends in 11011.
Pull the battery pack out and replace, Power cycle the base via the power button and then click on the update icon.
Updates usu happen at night

Wish they would tell us what these updates fix. "Bug Fixes" just doesn't do it for me.

Thank you for your reply, however I'm still concerned only 1 of my 2 cameras will be updated if that works
