neargear base help

Hi, I have Arlo pro and Netgear base. I moved and trying to set neargear base back up at new location. My base won't even light up at all. It should have 3 green lights. I plugged in Ethernet to new router and base,  and plugged in power cord to wall and base, pushed on button and nothing. How do I know if base is no good now? Or do I need to reset? I sure could use help plz:-)

It sounds like there's no power being applied. Did you check that the outlet actually has power? Is the power supply fully inserted into both the outlet as well as the base?
