Logged onto the Arlo website today July 25, 2024 11:35 a.m. est. and the webpage is completely rearranged and nothing works as it used to.  The format of the page is total chaos, and cameras don't show any live video but instead show only white. Menus are all over the place and I am completely unable to use any of my regular functions. Rebooting doesn't change anything, logging in and out doesn't change anything. This is unacceptable and I need some answers ASAP.

Edge looks normal to me.

Oddly, Chrome tells me that "Arlo is currently unavailable, please try again later".

I just went to Arlo Web Portal|Smart Home Security and the sign in area is on the extreme left side of the screen and nothing looks the same, in fact most of what used to be on the page is not even visible. When I log into the website the menu is a different color, everything is not visible, and when I do finally bring up my cameras, and click on the camera to see the live feed all that appears is a white picture which has sounds but there's nothing to see. However if I click on the feeds, those show me what was recorded, but If I try to use the live feed camera a white window is all I get. The entire webpage is completely fragmented and nothing like it was before.

What browser are you using?

Did you try clearing the browser cache?

I did clear the cache in the edge browser and it enabled normal website function again. The thing is though, I only had a problem with the Arlo website portal, none of the numerous other websites I use for similar services had a problem, which is why originally I did not think it was the browser cache, so whatever problem there was, it was Arlo specific
