Dear Support,
Recently I haven't been able to disable my Arlo Pro cameras. The cameras are detecting motion and recording videos to the cloud and I have no problem viewing them with my iPhone. My internet connection/wifi is working normally.
I repowered the Arlo base station and my wifi modem, but no luck. The system is about 3 years old. I have an iPhone 5, but it has had no problems since the last software update (until today)
Any suggestions?
