Where did previews and designations in notifications go?

So my app was giving me designations (Animal, Person, Vehicle) and a screencapture in previews as of a few days ago but now is just back to generic "motion detected" notifications that require me to open the app every time to check on things. Which is annoying with so many insects and animals setting them off. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Hi OddDave,

 

It sounds like you're mentioning about Arlo Smart Rich Notifications. Do you have an Arlo Smart subscription to your account as this would be needed to have rich notifications enabled?
