Is anybody getting a message that wont let you log in and it has this message:   "You may be logged into NETGEAR Arlo in a different browser tab. Please close the tab before proceeding. You can also try to restart your browser or delete cookies from your browser before trying to login again." And if so do you know how to fix it??? This only happens on the Lap top and Desk top Log in.. So far the phone app login is still working

Hello, 

I cleared the microsoft edge browsing history and it worked on my desk top,,,, Yea !! I havent tried the lap top yet...

For the browser you are using you need to delete the cookies and clear the cache. There are instructions By JamesC in these threads. I simply went into Chrome and deleted my entire browsing history and that worked for me.
