Suddenly all recordings are gone (prior to 9 am this morning) & I'm unable to log into my account

Anyone else having issues? Heard some weird noises this morning, but when I went to look at recordings, there was nothing there. Husband left for work very early and motioned at the camera, as usual, but no recording was made and no email. Recordings started again after about 10 am this morning, but still no sign of prior recordings from the last couple of days. And, most annoyingly, I can't access Arlo through web browsers on any computer--not through Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, Safari, etc. On all devices (except phone) says I am logged in on another browser, which I am not. Rebooted computer and cleared all cookies as instructed, still can't log in. This is all a sudden occurance today, so I am assuming another outage of some sort?

Might be better if you post GMT instead of "9 am". Arlo is global.
