firmware update taking a long time and been showing for two days

when accessing one of my three cameras the "firmware update in progress, do not remove batteries" message is displayed on both app and website.  It has been there for two days, how long does this take?  Is there something wrong?  batterey is indicating 28%

power button reboot the base and see if it changes
