Blue light not blinking when sync on Arlo Pro

Got an Arlo Pro kit with two cameras and base station in it. The first camera was synchronized without issues. The second camera does not blink blue (and actually anything at all) after pressing the sync button. All the steps are conducted according to the instruction. Please help, why the blue / any light is not flashing.

Pull the battery and just use the ac adapter... see if it syncs then ( eliminate battery issue )
