Arlo Pro Base Station stopped connecting to the Internet

Hello,
For some reason out of the blue, the base station stop connecting to the internet. We've tried resetting, off and on, diff ethernet, comcast troubleshooting, another modem to no avail. It appears that it's a arlo issue. We've been unprotected for 3days . Any assistance to get us back online would be helpful. Thanks

Contact support using the contact button at the bottom of the page then click on contact support again on the second page.  Put in which country your from and a list of options will come up for contacting support.  Tell them what steps you have taken already.
