cannot get new out of the box Pro 4 cameras and base to sync

Tried every which way I can but cannot for the life of me get the new out of the box arlo pros and base to sync

no Im not a tech geek but I get technology

A couple of possibilities.

- Make sure you're only pressing the base sync button briefly - don't hold it.

- Weak/bad batteries.  Try plugging the cameras in using wall power and try to sync.  If that works, it may be bad batteries.

- Bad cameras.  Not much you can do about that other than to swap at the store or open a case with support.
