I can log in to my account from desktop computer and see cameras live but I cant get cameras through mobile device. Mobile app says cameras offline and to check internet. I know the internet is working and all the lights are green on base station. I think it must be a ARLO problem. Any one else have these issues?

I've reset base stations and cameras. and even re downloaded arlo app.

very frustrating 😞

Have you tried both cell service as well as WiFi?

Same issue here...

I have an Arlo PRO2 camera (HW-Ver: H3, serial 52M17C71Axxxx, SW-Ver: 1.125.11.1_25366) connected to my Netgear Nighthawk M1 LTE router (model MR1100, FW-Ver: NTG9X50C_12.04.02.00). The camera works well and shows up on my browser under arlo.netgear.com. However on my iPhone app (iPhone X, iOS 12) the camera always shows as being offline even though it detects motion and I can see the recorded videos in my library (both in the browser and in the app).
It would be really great to be able to see the live video feed since I'm using the camera to check on my two dogs... 😞

Not sure it would help but try reinstalling the app.
