Will Arlo Pro work below zero temps and be protected with a skin on?

Hello,
Over the winter we had some really cold temps, below zero temps causing the camera to not work. My question is, if I got a skin, would that protect the camera from the elements, so that it will continue to work in the below zero temps?
Thank you in advance.

Nope. At best, the skin would simply slow down the cooling of the camera. Using AC power may or may not help.

I'm not trying to keep it cool. I'm trying to keep it warm. The temps were below zero (-15 degrees fahrenheit). The camera would not work in the cold temps.

Understood. The skin won't keep the camera warm - at best, it would slow down any cooling slightly. They're not thermal blankets. Use of AC power, which causes the camera to stay alive and constantly stream, would be the only chance you have to keep the camera warm enough to keep working below -4F/-20C.
