Wifi wasn't working and now it's on but I can't get statement working

My wifi was down. It's now working but I can't get my system working. I tried rebooting base station and router. Any other suggestions?

turn off the modem, router , arlo base and then turn them on in the same order letting each one time to boot up

 

then you may have to resync the cams
