Why am I no longer receiving the image preview in the email notifications?

Do you have a Smart subscription? I believe that's the only way to get those thumbnails. I have a sub so can't check.

Why would i need a subscription when I purchased my system 2.5 years ago and it this functionality was an included feature?

Hi Taneth,

 

Have you tried the following to see if that helps:

  1. Use another email client
  2. Use Outlook web app
  3. Use Mac Outlook
  4. Click on view in browser link
  5. Use Outlook mobile app
