How to Add a second user to my account?

I have an Arlo pro system and want to add another user. what is the process? the other user has the app on her phone.

Use Settings, Grant Access to add the person as having access. There's an FAQ here in the support area that details the steps if you have trouble. Generally, just follow the emailed directions carefully.
