I’m adding a new user to my account per the instruction. The user receives an invite via email and registers as a new Arlo user and logs in. The Arlo app dashboard is completely empty. There is nothing in the web-based interface either. One can only ”add a new system”. There is no prompt or request to accept the invite further than the email for registering as a user.

 

How is this supposed to work? On my device it just says that the invitation to the new user is pending. I have selected to grant access to all cameras and the base station.

Once the granted user accepts, you will have to add permissions for the devices you want to provide access to.
