Four days ago I charged the battery on my Arlo Pro to 100%.
In those four days, the camera activated twice, for a total record time of less than ONE minute.
The battery is now at 91%.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Several friends have asked me about the Arlo security cameras. I cannot reccomend them--until/IF this battery issue is fixed.
C'mon Arlo...you're losing sales.

Looks like new firmware for the Pro and Pro2 camera pushed last night. Went to check my camera this AM and all had new firmware available status. Found a couple responses on other threads from the community owner and release note in the release note section. 1.092.0.17_25364
Surprised it was not posted as an "announcement" to the community home since this seems to be a major, widespread impact. I have had my 4 camers close to 2 months, and have averaged just under a month battery life on each camera. with most cameras averaging 3 to 4, 30 second recordings a day. Hoping firmware update pushes battery life closer to the 4-6 months advertised. But otherwise happy with system - for some of my camera locations, was not going to be easy to run power.

Open arlo app, tap three dots in upper right, settings, my devices, choose your base, device info. That's the base.
For cameras, tap the gear icon on the camera, device info.
