My apartment complex switched to Spectrum Community wifi.  Everything else connects to it EXCEPT Arlo.  Spectrum says call Arlo.  Why won't base station connect please, thanks!

PS before this it worked perfectly for over a year.

What LEDs are what colors on the base? What have you tried? What do you see?

Well, that was a totally useless post. It should read, "A user that can't think."

A little short on details and response, but if the situation is the apartment complex changed from wired community access to wifi community access, Arlo is not going to connect all by itself. It needs wired input. Arlo's wireless is just for camera / base communication. Then the base connects to the LAN and therefore the internet by wire. This would be true off many hubs for a variety of devices that require wired connection to the LAN and internet.

You could use an access point device with a wire port to run Arlo, but this may take the cooperation of Spectrum to allow. Your set up in the complex is unknown at this point but it is something you could look into.

If this is your situation.
