trying to deactivate some cameras under settings and my android app keeps crashing and i cant even get to settings when i use chrome on my desktop.  whats going on?

you don't mention what phone/device and what OS...it makes a diff

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app available from the app store? You might uninstall the mobile app and download a fresh version to see if you still experience the same behavior.

Is manage Arlo Smart the only area of the app this error is occurring? Are you able to change anything when using the web client?

yes the rest of android settings seem ok, posted screenshot showing what else i see.

On desktop website i cant access settings whatsoever.  Screenshot in first post shows all i see.

@JamesC it seems my account is screwed up.  I logged into my parents account on my phone and their account settings are there.  They are on the basic plan. Mine on the otherhand still is all messed up and am unable to configure any settings at all.  Whats going on with this?
