When I attempt to look at videos recorded to my library, I see the lead picture when I click to watch screen goes blank except the word loading. The video never loads.

Other threads here have reported that W10's latest updates caused Edge and IE to not work on library videos. Use Chrome or Firefox.

The development team is currently investigating this issue. As a workaround temporarily you can try using a different browser or do the following:
1. In the Library, click on the 3 dots
2. Click on Share > Copy Link
3. Paste in URL bar
