Recent Micosoft Update "KB4340917" Wont Let Me Play Video Sometimes Arlo - VMB4000

Checked that the Adobe flash player is set to on. Using Arlo Pro cameras with VMB4000 base station.

This is a known issue with the MS browser (If that's what you're using) Try Chrome and it should work fine.

Come on.......there’s got to be a better answer than that. You mean all windows users will need to switch to Chrome in order to view Arlo clips?

What happens then, when the next issue similarly should become a Chrome problem?

I do know that engineering is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.

The development team is currently investigating this issue. As a workaround temporarily you can try using a different browser or do the following:

 

1.    In the Library, click on the 3 dots


2.    Click on Share > Copy Link
3.    Paste in URL bar
