Video library issues only plays latest selected video on iOS

Arlo app only plays latest selected video no matter what video I select from my library. For example, if I select a video from earlier in the day, it plays the latest one. It was working fine until I updated to latest version of the app. iPhone app ver 2.7.1.

For some reason, while trying to playback video in the library of the Arlo app, it will only play back the most recent video for that day, even though I click on an earlier clip. I am using an iPhone and the app does not want to work for playback. Even when I choose different days, it only plays back the most recent video for each day, regardless of which clip I select.

when I click on a camera and then on a a montion senced video 

when I go to another video it shows the same video until i delete it it keeps showing same video 

I can go back two hours and it pulls up previos video every time

when i click on a motion video then click to a earlier time it continues to show me same video until i delete it 

then it continues to show that same video every time on apple I phone that I just updated to ios12 

but was fine yesterday? 

please advise

Called, took about 10 minutes. They claim to be aware of the problem with the app update & are working on it. No time frame for the fix.

When I go to play a video in my library it is only playing the last video recorded.

you need to call support takes about 15 minutes and open a case#

they wont fix it unless we all open a case

they will tell you delete the app and reinstall it. that does not work !

My problem is the same... On my iPhone Arlo app (6+), I can see all cameras and all recorded videos.  On my wife's iPhone app (8) she sees all the same videos but when she touches one to replay it will only allow her to keep seeing the very latest one and not any other of the recordings that are in her list.  I have rebooted the phone and base station, I have reinstalled her app and nothing works.  Pls tell us how this can be remedied.  It is very frustrating!

 

By the way, one other flaw.  One of our cameras is always with a red tint (on both apps).  This camera is already a replacement for another original one that wouldn't work.  Pls, pls, pls, do something about this expensive purchase that has now become more of a nuisance and an irritant than a help!

We are having the same issue. Called Arlo they said it was our upload speed call our internet provider. I guess apparently that isn’t the issue. My moms work fine

HI...

We have 9 cameras and they are all recording just fine. My husband has been set up as a shared user with admin rights. However, when using his iPhone 8 to review a past video which is still in the library it opens the most recent recording of the current day. This isn't happening on my iPhone 8 nor my iPad Pro. His phone is up to date with software updates. I've re-booted his phone, reset the cameras, un-installed and re-installed the app. I logged him out and logged myself in and it still does it. Thinking that maybe the most recent recording was stuck somehow I deleted it - didn't work.

Any ideas?

When is this issue going to be fixed. Ridiculous that I can’t play any of the recordings in the library. Only the last video??

One of the other user posted that you can view the videos by swiping right or left, given that your viewing on your phone that is . This has worked for me as a temp solution 👍
