 My husband and I would like to be able to view the cameras at the same time. He is logged in with a different email and password and we still kick each other off when we login.

At one time, two people could not look at Live View at the same time.  I was surprised when I tested it just now and I was able to do it on my iPhone and iPad using my two different accounts.  I’m running on iOS V12.1.4 and Arlo mobile app V2.7.2

Are you sure you are logging into Arlo under different accounts.  What you describe definitely happens when we try to access the cameras on two devices at the same time from the same Arlo Account.  We get logged out as soon as the second login takes place.

 

Are your using Android, iOS, Windows or MacOS on a browser...if so, which browser?
