Arlo support was troubleshooting a deferent issue and had me Delete Base from account, now I can't get it to reconnect. I have green internet LED.

    Might just be a faulty base although there are other possibilities beyond your control such as ISP issues or anything in-between your base and the Arlo servers.

I keep going through this procedure, but this issue keeps reappearing.  New VMB4000 installed: now it only goes offline for minutes or hours, but reconnects on it's own. I'm done trouble shooting... this is NOT a local system fault.
