VMB3010 base Station off-line internet led keeps blinking

Model number Arlo Pro VMS3430-100NAS and hardware of base station is VMB3010-2. Plugged into Ubee DVW336 modem/router combination. Performed hard reset base station, unplugged base station and plugged back in, tested all connections, and reset modem/router as well to no prevail. Any other ideas as all this happened today and my unit is only 6 months old. Thank you for your time and assistance. Power solid green, Internet blinking green and camera is amber

plug into router and then turn on power....

btw, it is normal for the internet led to flash now and then, just not steady blink
